Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer L2 to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in performance testing, capable of designing and executing performance test plans to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute performance test plans and strategies for various applications.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Analyze performance test results and generate comprehensive reports to communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure performance-related issues are addressed early in the development lifecycle.
  • Monitor application performance in pre-production and production environments.
  • Utilize performance testing tools to simulate load and stress scenarios.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance testing and analysis.
  • Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of application performance monitoring tools.
  • Experience in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Java, or Shell.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, HTML, JavaScript) and databases (SQL).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
