Performance Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive performance test plans and scenarios.
Automation: Build and maintain automated performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously monitor system performance and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
Collaboration: Partner with Development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Optimization: Recommend and implement performance enhancements.
Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of test plans, methodologies, and results.
Environment Management: Simulate production-like environments for accurate performance validation.
Required Qualifications
•2–5 years of experience in performance testing and QA
•Proficiency in tools like Gatling or K6
•Strong scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java
•Solid understanding of SaaS, cloud, and microservices architecture
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
•Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
•Knowledge of database performance testing (SQL/NoSQL)
Agile/Scrum experience
•Exposure to API performance testing and optimization
Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA), Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Masters in Technology (M.Tech/M.E)
