Job Title: Performance Test Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with around 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for web, API, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance testing tools, scripting, bottleneck analysis, and collaborating with development teams to ensure application scalability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts for web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, scalability, and spike tests.
• Analyze performance test results and identify application bottlenecks (CPU, memory, network, database, etc.).
• Work closely with development, DevOps, and architecture teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Develop performance test strategies, plans, and workload models based on business requirements.
