This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Test Engineer based in Pune. The Performance Test Engineer will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining performance tests for software applications and systems. They will analyze system performance, pinpoint potential issues, recommend improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing into the software development lifecycle. The role also entails the creation of testing documentation, monitoring systems under various loads, and ensuring applications meet performance benchmarks.

• Expertise in Performance Testing concepts including load, stress, and scalability testing
• Proficiency in Performance Testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and methodologies
• Knowledge of scripting languages and ability to create performance test scripts
• Experience with monitoring tools and analyzing results to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance
• Experience with API testing and debugging performance issues across APIs
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
