Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Testing Lead with expertise in LoadRunner to manage performance testing projects. You'll lead teams, analyze results, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery of performance testing. Strong leadership, communication, and hands-on experience in performance testing are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Testing: Design, develop, and execute tests using LoadRunner, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage performance testing teams, allocate tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report project progress to leadership.
- Project Delivery: Oversee the entire performance testing lifecycle, from requirements to sign-off, ensuring quality and KPIs are met.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in LoadRunner, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and scripting for protocols like HTTP/HTML, Web Services, and SAP.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years in performance testing with 3+ years in LoadRunner.
- Proven leadership and project management experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tools like JMeter, Neoload, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- LoadRunner or Performance Testing certifications.
