Performance Test Engineer (Chaos)

Roles and Responsibility

• Conduct performance testing for medium to complex software applications and systems.
• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts and scenarios.
• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set performance goals and improve application performance.
• Work with development and infrastructure teams to optimize application performance.
• Mentor junior performance testers in methodologies and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in performance testing, preferably with Chaos.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing tools, trends, and industry best practices.
• Experience in data privacy, monitoring, and rollback procedures.
• Good understanding of failover testing and its importance.
• Ability to work with development and infrastructure teams to optimize application performance.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks.
