Overview
We are looking for a Performance Test Lead with hands-on experience in Oracle C2M (Customer to Meter). This role involves leading performance testing efforts across C2M applications and coordinating closely with onsite teams in EST/CST hours.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong performance testing experience
- Hands-on experience with Oracle C2M
- Experience leading performance testing for 23 C2M projects (preferred, but 1+ acceptable)
- Proficiency in any major performance testing tool (LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, etc.)
- Ability to work EST or CST hours
- Ability to coordinate with onsite teams and deliver performance reports
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with other Oracle Utilities products (CCB, MDM)
- Utilities domain experience (metering, usage, billing)
- Good SQL/database validation skills
