About the RoleSocialDNA is hiring a Paid Advertising Associate to execute performance campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Snapchat. You'll work under a senior strategist and focus mainly on hands-on execution, reporting, and basic optimization.
What You'll Do- Set up and manage campaigns on Google & major social platforms
- Execute targeting, budgets, creatives, tracking, & UTM setup
- Monitor performance and perform basic optimization
- Deliver accurate weekly/monthly performance reports
- Follow senior strategy guidance and ensure flawless execution
- Coordinate with internal teams for creatives and tracking requirements
What We're Looking For- 12 years experience in paid ads execution
- Strong hands-on skills with Google Ads & Social Ads
- Good with reporting, analytics, and campaign hygiene
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn
- Basic understanding of optimization levers
Success KPIs- Error-free campaign launches
- Quality & timeliness of reports
- Achievement of performance benchmarks (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Consistent monitoring & proactive issue flagging
