Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Specialist located in Mumbai. The Performance Specialist will be responsible for leading the company's marketing spend across all current platforms and working with the content team to create the necessary content to improve our ad spend.

Simply put, you will be responsible for multiplying the ad spend.

Qualifications

• An attitude that focuses on getting results
• Having run ad campaigns in the past
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to perform Data Analysis
• Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Testing frameworks
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively relay insights and collaborate with teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or related industries is an advantage

Finally, NIIRA is a start-up, hence the salary will be a mix of fixed and variable components.
