Key Requirement for the Position
- Experience: 2+ years in managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads.
- Certifications: Google Ads Certification required; Microsoft Ads Accreditation preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of keyword match types, bidding strategies, remarketing, and shopping campaigns.
- Knowledge of tracking and attribution models.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate it into optimization actions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and client interaction.

Job Description
- Campaign Setup & Management
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads across Search, Display, and Shopping.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copywriting to ensure effective targeting and engagement.
- Configure ad extensions, bidding strategies, and budgets to align with campaign objectives.
- Optimization & Performance Tracking
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and make data-driven optimizations.
- Manage negative keyword lists, audience targeting, and bid adjustments for improved efficiency.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, UET (Microsoft Universal Event Tracking), and Analytics tools.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Generate and analyze performance reports from Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
- Forecast performance and prepare budgets for upcoming campaigns.
- Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner with cross-functional teams (SEO, creative, and analytics) to align paid search campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads product updates, trends, and algorithm changes.
- Recommend new strategies, audience segments, and automation opportunities.
