Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR — Work from Office only Experience: 4–5 years Compensation: ₹12–18 LPA Type: Full-time, onsite About Diligent Diligent is building an AI co-pilot for performance marketing teams — helping brands and agencies make better decisions across campaigns, attribution, creatives, budgets, and growth channels. We are looking for a strong performance marketer who understands paid acquisition deeply and can bring practical expertise into both client work and product thinking. What You'll Do Own and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant channels. Plan, execute, monitor and optimize campaigns for lead generation, ecommerce, app installs or revenue growth. Work on campaign strategy, audience planning, funnel setup, creative testing and budget allocation. Analyze performance across CAC, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate, retention and funnel dropoffs. Build clear reports and insights for internal teams and clients. Identify what is working, what is wasting money, and what needs to change. Help convert marketing problems into product insights for Diligent. Work closely with founders, product and tech teams to shape AI-led marketing workflows. Support client onboarding, audits, growth plans and campaign reviews. What We're Looking For 4–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience. Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads. Experience managing meaningful ad budgets across growth campaigns. Good understanding of attribution, tracking, pixels, GA4, GTM and conversion events. • • • • • • • • • • • • • Ability to read data and turn it into clear action. Experience with ecommerce, D2C, edtech, fintech, SaaS or lead-generation businesses is a plus. Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment. Strong communication skills — should be able to explain campaign performance simply. Bonus: Experience with marketing analytics tools, dashboards, CRM funnels or AI tools. This is a full-time work-from-office role. Remote or hybrid applications will not be considered. Ideal Candidate Someone who has actually run campaigns, made mistakes, fixed funnels, improved CAC/ROAS, and understands the messy reality of performance marketing beyond dashboards.
