1. Performance Management & Total Rewards
- Lead the full performance management cycle, including annual goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
- Facilitate leadership calibration sessions to ensure fair and consistent performance differentiation.
- Provide training and guidance to employees and managers on effective goal setting, feedback, and performance discussions.
- Manage performance processes in Workday, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
- Support the annual merit review cycle by planning salary revisions aligned with performance outcomes, market benchmarks, internal equity, and budget guidelines.
- Contribute to the design and administration of variable pay and sales incentive programs.
- Partner with Finance and HR leadership to ensure adherence to budgets and reward governance.
2. Rewards & Recognition
- Drive initiatives that strengthen a culture of appreciation and high performance.
- Design and implement recognition programs that celebrate employee contributions and reinforce organizational values in the recognition tool.

3. Employee Wellbeing Initiatives
- Lead wellbeing programs addressing physical, mental, and financial health.
- Promote awareness and utilization of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), wellness campaigns, health initiatives, and engagement activities to enhance productivity and wellbeing.
- Responsible for wellbeing calendar, champions and health platforms
4. HR Analytics & Insights
- Analyze performance and compensation data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance distribution, reward outcomes, and compensation trends.
5. Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to resolve performance-related challenges and reward decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on performance and rewards policies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to compensation and performance practices.
- Continuously enhance processes through digital tools, automation, and best practices.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Business partnering, Performance Management, Compensation & Rewards Strategy.
- Strong exposure to HR Analytics & Data Interpretation, Stakeholder Management, Policy & Governance.
