We are hiring a Performance & Revenue Marketing Intern who wants to learn how marketing directly contributes to sales, bookings, and revenue, not just likes or impressions.

Internship Objective
To train interns in full-funnel marketing from traffic generation to lead conversion and revenue tracking.

- Assist in running performance marketing campaigns

- Help optimize landing pages & booking funnels
- Prepare simple performance & revenue reports

Duration & Structure
This program is designed as a 1-month intensive non-paid training followed by a 6-month performance-based internship, ideal for MBA & MBA Marketing students seeking real industry exposure. Based on performance, top candidates will be offered a full-time job role after completion of the internship.
Compensation Incentives & BenefitsTraining Phase (1 Month)
- Non-paid training with structured learning and supervised exposure to live projects.
Internship Phase (6 Months)
- Fixed Monthly Stipend: 5,000
- Performance-Based Incentives: Up to 7,000 per month
- Maximum Monthly Earnings: 12,000
Full-Time Employment (On-Roll Post Internship)
- Fixed Monthly CTC: 20,000
- Performance-Based Incentives: Up to 12,000 per month
