Job Description

Appinventiv is looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist who can drive scalable growth through data-backed campaigns, optimize acquisition funnels, and turn marketing spends into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search and Meta Ads campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation.

Manage and scale Google App Campaigns (UAC) to drive app installs and in-app conversions.

Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Create, test, and optimize high-performing ad copies, creatives, and campaign messaging.

Monitor campaign performance regularly and optimize to improve CPL, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.

Set up and manage conversion tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms.

Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures to improve overall performance.

Analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights, and share performance reports with stakeholders.

Work closely with product, design, and sales teams to enhance the user journey, improve the conversion funnel, and drive overall business growth.

Requirements

3–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including Search, Display, and conversion-focused campaigns.

Good understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable growth outcomes.
