Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize high-budget paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on execution, and a growth mindset to scale campaigns profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads
- Plan, launch, and optimize Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max & Shopping campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid strategy optimization
- Improve Quality Score, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Set up and optimize conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Google Ads tags)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create and scale lead generation, traffic, conversion, and app install campaigns
- Manage audiences: custom, lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based targeting
- Test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve performance
- Monitor frequency, CPM, CPA, and ROAS
Strategy & Optimization
- Own end-to-end campaign performance including budgets and reporting
- Analyze data to identify insights, trends, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with creative, UX, and CRO teams to improve funnel performance
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, audiences, and landing pages
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and client insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 26 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC)
- Experience with high-budget accounts and scaling campaigns
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Good to Have
- Experience in lead generation, eCommerce, and app marketing
- Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and funnels
- Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Clarity, Looker Studio
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications
