Job Description

Role Purpose

Own paid growth for multiple brands across Google and Meta. You will be responsible for scaling revenue, improving ROAS, and turning ad accounts into predictable growth engines. This is not a just run ads role you will think in funnels, creatives, data, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

You will plan, execute, and scale performance campaigns across:

  • Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max
  • Meta Ads (Lead Gen, Conversion, Catalog, Retargeting)

Day-to-day work includes:

  • Full-funnel campaign strategy: TOF, MOF, BOF
  • Budget planning and scaling (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategies
  • Creative strategy inputs: hooks, angles, formats, iterations
  • A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and audiences
  • Conversion tracking setup and audits (GA4, GTM, Pixels, CAPI)
  • Deep performance analysis: CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, drop-offs
  • Client communication: insights, results, and next actions
  • Coordinating with design, copy, and account management teams

What We're Looking For

You must have:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Proven ability to scale budgets while maintaining or improving ROAS
  • Clear understanding of performance funnels and attribution
  • Experience working with e-commerce or lead-gen businesses
  • Comfort with numbers, dashboards, and experimentation
  • Ability to explain results in simple business language
