• bring 4-8 years of solid performance marketing experience and are ready to lead high-impact campaigns.
• have hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or bothand want to deepen your mastery.
• are highly data-driven, using research and insights to make informed strategic decisions.
• thrive collaborating across teams to craft creative marketing strategies.
• understand CRO and the importance of optimizing websites to maximize ad performance.
• have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting insights, marketing reports, and strategies confidently.
• love setting ambitious goals and breaking them down into actionable plans.
• take ownership of multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
• are proficient with GA4, Looker Studio, and MS Excel, and know how to leverage them for actionable insights.

What you'll be doing:

• leading client projects end-to-end, including audience research, competitive analysis, campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.
• owning client relationships, communicating strategy clearly, and aligning them with your recommendations.
• analyzing cross-platform ads and leveraging insights to drive brand growth.
• mentoring team members, sharing knowledge, and building a high-performance marketing ecosystem.
• delivering measurable growth and ROI for clients aligned with their business objectives.
• conceptualizing high-converting campaigns and landing pages based on customer behavior insights.
• guiding clients on holistic marketing strategies that complement their performance campaigns.
• continuously learning and growing into a top 1% performance marketerwith support and resources to get there.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Onsite) + Saturday Half Day (WFH)
