Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate should have hands-on experience inmanaging campaigns, troubleshooting performance issues,scaling accounts, managing budgets, and driving ROI, while also demonstrating confidence in client communication and account management.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Understand business needs and client Requirements, and deliver within the agreed time
• Scale accounts effectively while ensuring strong ROI.
• Monitor and report the campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Manage clients ad hocasks

Qualifications

1. MBA preferred
2. Bachelor's degree with Digital Marketing or equivalent Certification

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
