Market Focus: Australia + International E-commerce
VolfR is building a performance-first athleisure brand with a strong focus on scaling in Australia and international markets.
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who can own growth across Meta Ads + Google Ads end-to-end strategy, execution, creative direction, budgeting, and performance reporting.
This role is for someone who takes performance personally, understands how to scale D2C brands profitably, and knows how to turn creatives into winners.
Paid Acquisition & Scaling
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on:
Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
Google Ads (Search / Shopping / Performance Max)
Build structured funnels: TOF MOF BOF
Improve ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate through continuous experimentation
Strategy & Campaign Planning
Create weekly/monthly paid strategy tied to launches and offers
Identify what to push, how to position, and how to scale sustainably
Decide when to test, when to kill, when to scale
Budget Ownership
Allocate and control budgets daily
Maintain efficient spend, prevent waste, and scale winners aggressively
Creative Direction (UGC + Ads)
Work closely with founders/creators to:
Produce better creatives that actually convert
Test hooks, angles, ad formats, messaging, offers
Creative input is required this is not a set ads and chill role
Tracking + Performance Reporting
Strong grasp of:
Pixel / CAPI basics
GA4
UTM structure and attribution understanding
Ability to report with clarity: what worked, what didn't, what to do next
Who this is for
You're a strong fit if you:
Have 2+ years of performance marketing experience in D2C/e-commerce
Are deeply hands-on with Meta Ads Manager + Google Ads
Have scaled campaigns using creative testing frameworks
Understand international customer behavior (especially Australia)
Can think in unit economics (CAC, margins, LTV, contribution profit)
Location
Onsite role at our Surat office (Gujarat).
