Performance Marketing Specialist (2–5 Years Experience)
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the RoleAt Timan IT Consultancy, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who's ready to take full ownership of paid growth across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for multiple service-based brands.
You'll run experiments, diagnose funnel issues (impressions clicks leads bookings revenue), and implement data-driven solutions to scale performance fast.
You'll work on diverse and fast-growing industries including Hospitality, Migration & Education Services, Cleaning, Printing, Beauty/Clinic, and Entertainment/Events.
What You'll Do- Plan & launch full-funnel campaigns (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Drive results like table bookings, consult leads, quote requests, ticket sales, and memberships.
- Identify and fix funnel leaks — targeting, bidding, creatives, landing pages, and forms.
- Conduct creative and offer testing across ad formats (UGC, carousel, reels, static).
- Analyze performance with GA4, GTM, UTMs, and Looker Studio dashboards.
- Collaborate on landing page optimization (CRO) for higher conversion rates.
- Manage budget pacing, forecasting, and reporting to meet ROAS/CPL/CAC goals.
- Maintain ad compliance and brand safety for industries like clinics, migration, and events.
Must-Haves- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads preferred).
- Proven track record in service-based industries (hospitality, beauty, cleaning, migration, etc.).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across marketing funnels.
- Expertise in GA4, GTM, UTMs, Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio.
- Result-oriented mindset with clear communication and reporting skills.
Nice-to-Haves- CRM knowledge: HubSpot or Zoho (lead tracking, lifecycle).
- Experience with Hotjar/Clarity, Webflow/WordPress/Unbounce.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page tweaks.
- Ability to write ad copy in Gujarati or Hindi.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API for lead engagement.
Performance Metrics You'll Own- Hospitality: bookings, ROAS, cost/booking
- Migration/Education: consults, CPQL, SQLs
- Cleaning: quote requests, call conversions, CPA
- Printing: form fills, reorder rate, AOV
- Beauty: appointment CVR, CAC, retention
- Entertainment: ticket sales, CPA/ticket, ROAS
