About the Role

Technorhythms is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns focused on measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution ideal for someone who understands funnels, attribution, and growth metrics.

You will work closely with SEO, Analytics, Creative, and Strategy teams to build scalable acquisition systems across global markets (USA, Europe, Middle East).

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms
  • Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns (awareness consideration conversion)
  • Monitor and improve CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and funnel drop-offs
  • Design experimentation frameworks for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with Analytics team to ensure clean tracking, events, and attribution
  • Align paid media strategy with ICP, positioning, and Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Support retargeting, lifecycle, and remarketing initiatives
  • Continuously audit campaigns for wastage, scale opportunities, and efficiency

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, and analytics dashboards
  • Experience with B2B lead generation and high-intent funnels
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO fundamentals
  • Experience working with international markets and audiences
  • Clear communication and documentation skills

Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, IT services, or digital consulting preferred
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for efficiency and scale
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating with designers, content, and analytics teams
