Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Associate (E-commerce) to manage and optimize our Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Shopify store, landing pages, Google Analytics, and email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, specifically in the D2C e-commerce sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads to drive growth for top D2C e-commerce brands.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor advertising strategies with a focus on achieving client goals and maximizing ROI.
  • Maintain and optimize our Shopify store and landing pages to ensure a seamless and effective customer journey.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular performance updates, coordination, and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate effectively with our internal team of marketing experts, designers, and other specialists to develop integrated campaigns.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the paid marketing landscape to help clients grow and scale their revenues.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and trends, with a focus on D2C e-commerce and paid marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns for D2C e-commerce brands.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and strategies.
  • Exceptional creative content writing skills for ad copy and campaign messaging.
  • Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking abilities to optimize campaign performance.
