Role Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven *Performance Marketing Specialist* to lead our paid acquisition strategy across digital channels, with a primary focus on [LinkedIn Ads/Meta/Google]. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of campaigns, from initial strategy and audience segmentation to execution, A/B testing, and scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management:* Design and execute full-funnel performance marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
- Optimization:* Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
- Data Analysis:* Use *GA4, **Looker Studio, or **Tableau* to translate complex data sets into actionable growth insights.
- A/B Testing:* Lead rigorous experimentation across ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
- Budgeting:* Manage and pace monthly advertising budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal waste.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:* Partner with creative and content teams to produce high-converting assets and ensure brand consistency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Platform Expertise:1+ year of experience inMeta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in setting up Conversion APIs, Pixels, and GTM (Google Tag Manager)*.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to build comprehensive marketing funnels and customer journey maps.
- Communication:* Strong ability to report performance metrics and ROI to executive-level stakeholders.
