Job Description

About Solvable Creations

Solvable Creations is a content-first creative agency focused on high-impact storytelling, social media narratives, brand films, and campaigns that people actually engage with. We don't do template posting or just manage pages. We build content ecosystems that help brands stay relevant, human, and memorable.

Our performance marketing function sits at the intersection of data, creativity, and business outcomes and this role is at the heart of that engine.

Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will own the paid media strategy and execution across our key client accounts. Your primary focus will be within the healthcare industry driving patient acquisition, appointment volume, and brand recall through digital channels for healthcare brands. You will also support accounts in the Education and Manufacturing verticals, making cross-industry fluency a core part of this role.

This isn't a role for someone who schedules ads and watches dashboards. We want someone who can architect full-funnel campaigns, interpret data with strategic intent, and work directly with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube targeting patient acquisition and appointment booking
  • Build and optimize local awareness campaigns for centres across multiple city clusters
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies tailored to healthcare decision-making caregivers, patients, and referring doctors
  • Track cost-per-booking, cost-per-lead, and ROAS against health-sector benchmarks
  • Navigate healthcare advertising compliance no misleading claims, sensitivity around medical content, and platform-specific policy adherence
  • Collaborate with the content team on health-specific creative that is both compliant and conversion-optimised

Cross-Vertical Responsibilities

  • Manage paid media campaigns for Education and Manufacturing clients with an understanding of their unique funnel structures and buyer journeys
  • Conduct keyword research and build search campaign architecture for B2B and B2C verticals
  • Perform conversion tracking setup and audit across GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio or equivalent tools
  • Track and report keyword rankings, traffic growth, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPM across accounts
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and bid strategies
  • Support backlink analysis and SEO alignment where performance and organic channels intersect
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, Meta ad policy updates, and platform-level innovations

What We're Looking For

a) Experience & Skills

  • Experience: 4–6 years of performance marketing experience in an agency or in-house environment, with at least 2 years of active healthcare or diagnostics account exposure.
  • Verticals: Demonstrated work in Healthcare (required), plus at least one of Education or Manufacturing.
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with the full performance stack, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, and at least one major analytics tool (Looker Studio, Power BI).
  • Campaign Types: Proven experience running Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, and Remarketing campaigns at scale.
  • Tracking: Solid understanding of server-side tracking, UTM governance, event tracking, and enhanced conversions.
  • CMS Familiarity: Working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms for landing page coordination and implementation support.

b) Core Competencies

  • Full-funnel thinking: TOFU, MOFU, BOFU campaign structuring and budget allocation
  • Audience strategy: retargeting, lookalike audiences, custom intent, and in-market segments
  • Bid strategy optimisation: Target CPA, Target ROAS, Manual CPC and knowing when to use each
  • Creative performance analysis: CTR optimisation, hook testing, and ad fatigue management
  • Budget management: ROAS scaling, CPA stabilisation, and monthly pacing control
  • Automation: familiarity with automated rules, scripts, and CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Healthcare Depth: If you've run campaigns for hospitals, diagnostic chains, pharma brands, or health-tech companies and can speak to patient acquisition strategies specifically, you move to the top of the shortlist.
  • Side Projects: Do you run a niche affiliate site or performance blog Tell us. Building something from zero is the best proof of skill.
  • Basic HTML/CSS: You don't need to be a developer, but knowing how to read code to find a rogue noindex tag or broken pixel is a huge plus.
  • AI Literacy: Experience using AI tools (like Claude or ChatGPT) to assist in content briefs, audience research, or automating repetitive campaign tasks.
  • Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications are a strong signal.
  • Manufacturing/B2B: Experience with longer sales cycles, LinkedIn Ads, or lead gen campaigns for industrial or manufacturing clients adds significant value.

Growth Path

We don't want you to be a Specialist forever. Here is how we see your role evolving:

  • First 6 Months: Full ownership of the primary healthcare account. Establishing reporting frameworks, audit baselines, and campaign infrastructure across diagnostic and health service brands.
  • 6–12 Months: Leading performance strategy across 2–3 accounts independently. Beginning to mentor a junior analyst and contributing to new business pitches.
  • The Future: Transitioning into a Performance Marketing Lead or Head of Growth, where you own the revenue impact narrative and shape how we serve clients at scale.

Location & Work Culture

  • Full-time, in-office role in Chennai
  • Fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment
  • High exposure to real brands, founders, and decision-makers
  • Direct involvement in client strategy, not just execution
  • A team that values AI literacy, data-driven thinking, and continuous improvement
