About the Role

Scale247 is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and WhatsApp Marketing.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in D2C/e-commerce and service-based businesses, with a strong understanding of performance marketing funnels, customer acquisition, conversion optimization and ROAS/ROI-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop performance marketing strategies for D2C/e-commerce and service-based businesses.
• Manage campaigns across the complete funnel — TOF, MOF and BOF.
• Analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, AOV and conversion rates.
• Identify campaign-level and funnel-level performance issues and implement optimization strategies.
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and efficiency.
• Conduct audience research, competitor research and market analysis.
• Develop and test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers and campaign structures.
• Work closely with the creative team to identify winning creative angles, hooks, formats and messaging.
• Understand D2C customer journeys, retargeting, catalog/product ads and conversion funnels.
• Manage and strategize WhatsApp Marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, remarketing and customer retention.
• Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and other AI platforms for research, analysis, ideation, copywriting and marketing workflows.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with changes and new features across Meta, Google and WhatsApp advertising platforms.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads/Facebook Ads.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads.
• Hands-on knowledge of WhatsApp Marketing.
• Strong understanding of D2C/e-commerce advertising.
• Experience working with service-based lead generation campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of campaign optimization and scaling.
• Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR and AOV.
• Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, remarketing and funnel-based campaigns.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools.
• Ability to independently analyze campaign performance and make strategic decisions.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience managing campaigns for multiple clients, agencies or different business categories will be preferred.

Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics/GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager and marketing analytics will be an added advantage.
