Your Mission: Delivering Results

• Outcome-Focused Campaign Management: Plan and manage performance campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn with a singular focus on the end goal: generating leads and driving sales.
• Continuous Optimization for Results: You'll have the accountability to dive into the funnel daily, identifying where we can improve the conversion rate and making the smart tweaks that turn interest into a transaction.
• The Balance of Data & Intuition: We believe the best marketers use data to see what happened, but use their intuition to predict what will work next. You'll balance both to find the most efficient and cost-effective path to a conversion.
• Performance-First Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to ensure visuals are strategically designed to drive leads and sales. You bring the performance data and winning hooks; they bring the craft.
• Honest, Value-Based Reporting: Our clients care about the bottom line. You'll provide clear updates that focus on the metrics that matter such as CPL (Cost Per Lead), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and overall ROI.

Who You Are

• Result-Oriented: You have 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing. You understand that, at the end of the day, your success is defined by tangible business results.
• A Proactive Problem-Solver: You don't wait for a drop in performance to take action. You are a self-starter who is always looking for new ways to lower the cost per conversion and increase lead quality.
• Accountability-Driven: You handle the fast-paced nature of an agency with a steady hand. You take pride in your work and feel a deep sense of ownership over the outcomes of your campaigns.
• Always Learning: You stay curious about the latest tools from AI-driven bidding to new tracking technologies always asking, How can this get my client more sales
