Performance Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition engine and directly drive revenue impact. This role goes beyond top-of-funnel media buying. You will own SQL, pipeline, and down-funnel performance, partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to build a predictable, scalable demand engine. This is a high-impact role with a clear growth path toward owning end-to-end demand generation and multi-product growth.

What You'll Do

Paid Acquisition & Channel Ownership:

  • Own strategy and execution across paid channels (Google Search, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, emerging channels).
  • Design and iterate on full-funnel acquisition strategies—from first touch through SQL and pipeline.
  • Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance targets tied to revenue outcomes.

Revenue & Funnel Ownership:

  • Own performance against MQL SQL Opportunity Pipeline Revenue.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to define, monitor, and improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Build attribution and reporting frameworks to connect spend to revenue.

Experimentation & Optimization:

  • Run structured experimentation across audiences, messaging, offers, and landing experiences
  • Analyze results and translate insights into scalable growth opportunities.
  • Continuously improve CAC, pipeline efficiency, and payback period.

Creative & Messaging Collaboration:

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Content to develop compelling offers and messaging.
  • Provide performance-driven feedback on creative and landing pages.

Infrastructure & Scale:

  • Help shape our marketing tech stack, tracking, and automation.
  • Establish repeatable processes for campaign launches, experimentation, and reporting.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Predictable, scalable SQL and pipeline sourced from paid channels.
  • Clear visibility from ad spend revenue.
  • Improved conversion rates and declining CAC over time.
  • A documented playbook for full-funnel performance marketing.

What you'll need to join the team:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise meaningful ad budgets.
  • Hands-on experience across multiple platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, experimentation, and optimisation.
