Performance Marketer who loves ownership, experimentation, and scaling what works.

What you'll work on

You'll own paid acquisition across Google and Meta, run experiments aggressively, and scale

campaigns with a clear focus on ROI, CPA, and growth impact.

What you'll do

Launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads across Search, Display, and Shopping

Own keyword research, ad copies, and continuous A/B testing

Optimize Google Shopping feeds (healthcare experience is a plus)

Run and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) conversion campaigns

Build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences

Track ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and spend on a daily basis

Translate data into insights and clear action plans

Collaborate closely with design, content, and marketing teams

Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and competitors

What we're looking for

2–7 years of handson performance marketing experience

Strong command of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager

Proven ability to scale profitable campaigns

Strong analytical thinking with a datafirst mindset

Ability to write compelling ad copy and think creatively

Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and growth funnels

Ownership mindset and clear communication

Experience with lifestyle, consumer, social, or gaming apps is a plus
