Performance Marketing Specialist

Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist (3–4 Years Experience)

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive measurable growth and scale campaigns with a strong ROI mindset. If you are data-driven and focused on performance and optimization, this role is for you.

CTC: ₹8–10 LPA

Location: On Site Bangalore 

Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads

Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting

Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages

Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives

Identify growth opportunities and scale campaigns profitably

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Requirements:

2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

Good understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution

Experience with tools like Google Analytics and pixel tracking

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently

Running PLA on marketplaces

IT IS MUST TO KNOW PERFORMANCE MARKETING AND PLA AT THE SAME TIME

Good to Have:

Experience in e-commerce or D2C brands

Knowledge of landing page optimization

Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Web flow, or similar tools
