Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist - Meta Ads, based in Bangalore. The role is responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and efficient performance.

The Performance Marketing Specialist will own day-to-day Meta campaign execution, budget management, creative testing, and performance analysis. This includes improving ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and overall revenue from Meta.

The role requires a strong analytical and execution-focused mindset, with the ability to run structured tests across creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and funnels. Success will be measured by improvements in acquisition efficiency, campaign scale, and profitable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Own daily campaign monitoring, budget allocation, and performance optimization
  • Improve key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and conversion rate
  • Run structured tests across audiences, creatives, formats, hooks, offers, and landing pages
  • Work closely with the creative team to brief and improve ad creatives
  • Identify winning ads and scale them efficiently across campaigns
  • Analyse performance by product, audience, placement, creative, landing page, and offer
  • Monitor ad fatigue, frequency, audience saturation, and creative decay
  • Translate campaign data into clear insights for growth, creative, and business teams

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing and Meta ads
  • Hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI, audiences, and attribution
  • Experience in improving ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, and conversion metrics
  • Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Google Analytics and Triple Whale
  • Ability to run structured experiments and interpret campaign data
  • Strong understanding of creative testing, funnel optimization, and user behaviour
  • Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, health, nutrition, beauty, or consumer brands is preferred
