ABOUT THIS ROLE (READ THIS FIRST)
This is not a role for someone who only knows how to set up campaigns.
At Jive Jar, performance marketing is not about hacks, templates, or boosting posts.
It is about thinking clearly, testing intelligently, and building growth systems that scale across brands, categories, and markets.
You will work closely with the founder, directly on real growth problems, real budgets, and real outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will own performance marketing end-to-end, not just execution.
Core responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube where relevant)
- LinkedIn Ads (B2B, high-intent funnels)
- Translate business goals into clear acquisition and growth strategies
- Build and manage full funnels:
- Creative direction inputs
- Audience strategy
- Landing page logic and conversion paths
- Monitor and analyse performance using numbers that actually matter:
- CAC, ROAS, LTV signals, funnel drop-offs
- Run structured experiments:
- Hypothesis test learn iterate
- Work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to improve performance outcomes
- Maintain clarity in reporting, insights, and next-step decisions
You are not expected to do everything, but you are expected to think end-to-end.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
We are hiring experienced professionals only.
Experience range:
- Minimum: 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Ideal: 46 years
- Maximum: 7 years (beyond this, role expectations may mismatch)
You must have:
- Hands-on experience managing paid budgets independently
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with both lead-generation and conversion-driven campaigns
- Ability to analyse data and explain why performance changed
- Experience working with multiple brands, products, or client accounts
