Job Summary
IMS Group is seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and scale paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role involves end-to-end campaign setup, execution, optimization, and reporting, with a strong focus on driving qualified leads and improving cost efficiency.
The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, creative, and comfortable handling client communication while managing the full funnel from campaign setup to lead nurturing (MQL to SQL).
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Execution
- Set up and launch end-to-end paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Microsoft/Bing Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Implement proper account structures, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and pixel setup
- Configure campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
Paid Media Management & Optimization
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing (creatives, copies, landing pages, targeting)
- Scale high-performing campaigns and optimize underperforming ones
- Improve funnel efficiency to enhance lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
- Work extensively with Google Analytics for traffic and user behavior analysis
- Build and manage dashboards using Looker Studio
- Track and analyze MQL → SQL performance, identifying gaps and opportunities
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
Creative & Copy Development
- Write high-converting ad copies tailored for each platform
- Collaborate on creatives (images, videos, hooks) to improve engagement
- Recommend landing page improvements to boost conversions
Lead Management & Funnel Optimization
- Manage the complete marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion
- Collaborate with sales/admissions teams to improve MQL to SQL conversion rates
- Support retargeting and lead nurturing strategies
Client Communication & Collaboration
- Participate in client calls to present performance insights and strategies
- Translate data into actionable recommendations
- Ensure campaigns align with business and marketing goals
Market Research & Continuous Leaning
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and new ad formats
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualification
- 3.5+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid media
- Hands-on experience in:
- Google Ads & Microsoft/Bing Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Ads & TikTok Ads (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics & Looker Studio
- Experience with campaign setup, conversion tracking, and attribution models
- Proficiency in Canva
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets
- Good communication skills with client-facing experience
