Performance Marketing Specialist (On-site)

H&H: Powering Digital Excellence

H&H works at the intersection of Digital Marketing, Design and IT. We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing high-budget paid media campaigns that turn digital spend into a measurable growth engine. If you have a deep understanding of platform algorithms, a passion for A/B testing, and a relentless focus on ROI, we would like to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Execute end-to-end paid media strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other key performance channels to drive high-intent traffic and conversions.

Optimization & Scaling: Monitor daily performance metrics to adjust bids, budgets, and targeting, ensuring all campaigns meet or exceed client KPI targets (CPA, ROAS, and Lead Quality).

A/B Testing: Design and implement rigorous testing frameworks for ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to constantly improve conversion rates.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and prepare transparent, high-level performance reports for clients.

Funnel Integration: Collaborate with the Web Development and Automation teams to ensure tracking pixels, lead flows, and attribution models are firing accurately.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of platform updates (iOS changes, cookie-less tracking, AI bidding) to ensure H&H remains at the cutting edge of digital acquisition.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social and search campaigns. Experience in the B2B or SaaS space is a significant plus.

Technical Proficiency: A good level of knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search & Display), and Google Analytics (GA4).

Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to work with spreadsheets and data visualization tools to translate raw numbers into growth strategies.

Creative Strategy: Ability to provide clear, data-backed briefs to the design team to produce high-fidelity ad creatives that convert.

Communication: Ability to articulate campaign performance and strategy clearly during client presentations.

Good to have: Prior experience in SEO

Job Details:

Role Type: Full-time, On-site (Non-remote position).

Location: Indore

Work Hours: 11 AM to 7 PM.

Work Days: 6 day work week.
