Performance Marketing Specialist - Google Ads Focus (US / UK Clients)

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong Google Ads focus at BigBoost AI Private Limited.

This is not a campaign management role. You'll be responsible for building, scaling, and owning performance across high-budget accounts for US and UK clients.

Before you read further, a quick note: This role is strictly for core performance marketers with hands-on Google Ads and paid media experience. If your background is primarily in SEO or only paid social, or if you have under 4 years of experience, this may not be the right fit at this stage.

What you'll work on

You'll handle large-scale campaigns across B2C, eCommerce, and B2B, build Google Ads strategies from the ground up, and continuously optimize for performance. You'll write ad copy that drives action, not impressions, and work closely with designers, content, and business teams to execute fast and iterate faster.

What are we looking for

4 to 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with deep expertise in Google Ads.

Proven experience managing high-spend campaigns with clear results.

Strong understanding of Meta Ads and paid social ecosystems.

Experience working with international markets, especially US and UK.

Ability to think in terms of funnels, not just campaigns.

Comfortable working with data, testing hypotheses, and making decisions quickly.

Clear communication and ability to work across teams without dependency.

Based in Chennai or willing to relocate, working from office Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 12 AM IST.
