Role Overview
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching and onboarding leading hospital chains in your region to adopt Aldun's Instant Discharge solution. You will own the sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while also ensuring alignment between hospital needs and Aldun's product capabilities.
• Identify and target key decision-makers (operations, finance, insurance, and CX leads) at large hospital chains
• Build a pipeline of hospital partners and manage the sales cycle end-to-end
• Deliver tailored pitches and demos of the Instant Discharge solution
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing models, and partnership structures
• Drive MoU signings and commercial agreements
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and transition to Operations team post-sign-off
• Provide market insights and competitor intel to refine Aldun's GTM and value proposition
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles
• Strong experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders (CFO, CEO, COO, CIO, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value propositions
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in solution-based selling
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Good to Have
• Prior experience selling into Healthtech / Healthcare / Hospital ecosystems
• Understanding of healthcare workflows, revenue cycle, compliance, or digital health platforms• Experience working with startups or scaling SaaS organizations
