Position: Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads Healthcare)

About EVE HealthcareEVE Healthcare is building a tech-enabled marketplace for diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT Scan, PET-CT, Ultrasound, etc.), focused on making scans more accessible, transparent, and affordable.
We are scaling aggressively in Delhi NCR and looking for a performance-driven Google Ads specialist who can help us dominate high-intent searches like MRI scan near me and drive predictable patient acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and aggressively optimize Google Search campaigns focused on high-intent healthcare keywords (MRI, CT, PET-CT, etc.)
- Own end-to-end performance: keyword research campaign setup optimization scaling
- Continuously improve Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI
- Identify and dominate near me and location-based searches across NCR
- Build and optimize campaign structures, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
- Work closely with the team to improve landing page performance and conversion funnels
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (calls, form fills, WhatsApp) using GTM & GA4
- Analyze search terms, user intent, and competitor strategies to unlock new growth opportunities
- Run hyperlocal campaigns for different centers and services
- Continuously test ad copies, extensions, and funnels to improve performance
Technical / Semi-Technical Requirements- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Conversion tracking (calls, forms, WhatsApp, offline conversions)
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and attribution
- Basic understanding of automation / Google Ads Scripts (JavaScript) is a plus
- You will collaborate with our tech team for advanced automation and data integrations (API, backend tracking, etc.)
Requirements- 23 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search campaigns mandatory)
- Proven track record in lead generation (not just traffic)
- Strong understanding of keyword intent, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization
- Data-driven mindset with focus on CPL, conversion rate, and revenue
- Ability to think beyond execution and drive performance improvements
Good to Have (Bonus)- Experience running ads for healthcare/diagnostics / clinics
- Experience with MRI, CT scan, or radiology-related campaigns
- Experience handling high-intent local service ads
