About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, along with the ability to analyse campaign performance and generate high-quality leads while optimising cost per acquisition.
The role requires a data-driven marketer who can manage budgets, improve campaign performance, and work closely with internal teams to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign structuring to maximise performance.
- Manage lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns for B2B or B2C clients.
Campaign Optimisation
- Monitor and optimise campaigns to improve ROI, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Implement retargeting strategies to improve conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, and dashboards.
- Generate regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
- Use data to make budget allocation and optimisation decisions.
Collaboration
- Work closely with design, content, and development teams to optimise landing pages and creatives.
- Coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders on campaign strategy and performance reviews.
Budget Management
- Manage and optimise large-scale advertising budgets across platforms.
- Ensure efficient utilisation of media budgets to achieve campaign goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in performance marketing / PPC / digital marketing.
- Strong experience in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of campaign optimisation, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification or Meta Media Buying Certification.
- Experience managing large advertising budgets and high-performing campaigns.
- Experience working in agency environments or managing multiple clients.
