About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 35 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to drive high-quality leads, conversions, and ROI. Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Develop and optimize paid media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Create and manage ad copies, creatives, and A/B tests to improve performance
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets efficiently
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and other tools
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking and pixels
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams for ad creatives
  • Stay updated with platform updates, ad policies, and industry trends

Qualifications

  • 25 years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Tag Manager
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
