About the Role

We are looking for aPerformance Marketing Specialistwho can manage and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will collaborate closely with the Performance Lead to execute media plans, improve campaign efficiency, manage budgets, and scale performance across multiple brand accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns acrossMeta Ads (Facebook/Instagram),Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), andLinkedIn Ads.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research for Google Search campaigns, focusing on user intent & competitive opportunities.
  • Perform audience segmentation and structured campaign architecture for improved targeting and ROAS.
  • Monitor and optimize for core KPIs:ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, CPA, and revenue-driving metrics.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports with clear insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Work with creative and brand teams to shape ad copy, creatives, and landing page/Funnel strategies.
  • Executeprospecting, retargeting, and lookalike/custom audienceframeworks.
  • Maintain disciplinedbudget pacingand ensure performance efficiency across channels.
  • Diagnose performance drop-offs and implementdata-backed corrective strategies.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge ofMeta Pixelsetup and verification onShopify / WordPress.
  • Operate confidently in amulti-brand environmentwith clarity, ownership, and strong communication.

  • What You Bring
    • 13 yearsof hands-on experience in performance marketing.
    • Proficiency inGoogle Ads ManagerandMeta Ads Manager(required).
    • Strong expertise inKeyword ResearchandSearch Campaign Optimization.
    • Understanding of conversion tracking & attribution models.
    • Working knowledge ofMeta Pixelsetup on Shopify / WordPress.
    • Experience withYouTube Adsand/orLinkedIn Ads(preferred, not mandatory).
    • Experience working witheCommerce and/or service-basedbrand accounts.
    • Strong communication skills and a proactive, analytical mindset.
