Role: Performance Marketing Specialist

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to ensure maximum ROI. Job Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Native Ad tools (Taboola, etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to enhance ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Keyword and Competitor Research: Conduct thorough keyword and competitor research to inform campaign strategies and ensure competitiveness in the digital landscape.
- Budget & Bid Strategy: Develop and manage budget and bid strategies to maximize ad spend efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
- Audience Building: Create and refine target audiences for campaigns, leveraging data and insights to reach the most relevant and high-converting segments.
- Ad Copy and Creatives: Procure and oversee the creation of compelling ad copies and creatives to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
- Integration and Setup: Ensure seamless integration of GTM, conversion tracking, and other necessary tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Remarketing and Automation: Implement remarketing strategies and utilize bidding automation tools to enhance campaign efficiency and reach.
