Role Summary
The Performance Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to drive student leads, applications, and brand visibility for Dayananda Sagar University across paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Manage lead-generation campaigns for admissions (UG/PG programs), tracking CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns using A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the admissions, branding, and content teams to align campaigns with admission cycles and key academic events.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and ad platforms with clear insights and action plans.
- Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization against defined targets.
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 34 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in education/edtech or services.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
- Proven track record in lead generation and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, Excel/Sheets proficiency, and comfort working with data and dashboards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
