Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Campaign Management
- End-to-end setup, execution, and optimisation of Google Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
- Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) including audience creation, remarketing, and conversion-driven campaigns.
- Run YouTube marketing campaigns (skippable, non-skippable, discovery).
- Work on Instagram, Facebook and other social channels for both paid and organic initiatives.
- Ensure strong ROI and justify campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
2. Strategy & ROI Ownership
- Plan and implement full-funnel marketing strategies to drive leads, applications, and admissions.
- Independently handle the portfolio and bring efficiency in CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, smart bidding, audience segmentation, and creative performance metrics.
- Report daily/weekly/monthly insights and actionable learnings.
3. Data, Analytics &Tech
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, GTM, tracking pixels, UTM setup, and event tracking.
- Analyse data trends and diagnose issues related to traffic, lead quality, and conversions.
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets, dashboarding, and campaign data interpretation.
4. Creative Communication &Coordination
- Ability to ideate the right creative message for campaigns based on audience personas.
- Collaborate with designers and content writer to guide communication.
- Ensure creatives follow platform best practices and improve ad performance.
- Manage cross-functional coordination with sales, CRM and counsellors.
5. CRM &Database Handling
- Oversee CRM workflows, lead qualification, lead tagging, segmentation, and funnel movement.
- Handle and manage data hygiene and upload/download activities.
