Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns for awareness and conversions.
  • Manage and scale Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads.
  • Run Amazon Ads for product listings and store sales.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and copy to improve performance.
  • Track and report key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Work with the creative team to design high-performing ad visuals and videos.
  • Analyze data to understand user behavior and improve ad strategies.
  • Stay updated with ad platform changes, policies, and performance trends.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (internship or agency experience counts).
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising Console.
  • Knowledge of pixel setup, events, and conversion tracking.
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and landing page optimization.
  • Comfortable managing budgets and reporting performance to leadership.
  • A data-driven mindset every rupee spent should have a purpose.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or D2C e-commerce.
  • Ability to write ad copy or understand what makes a creative convert.
  • Familiarity with remarketing and funnel strategies.
