Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Andheri West (On-site)

Experience: Minimum 2+ years (1+ year agency experience mandatory)

Salary: 3.5L 4L per annum (based on skills, experience & track record)

About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who understands numbers, patterns, funnels, and execution; not just dashboards.

You should have a proven track record of delivering results across budgets ranging from 10,000/month to 10,00,000/month, and the hunger to keep improving performance week after week.

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)

1. Own end-to-end campaign management across Meta & Google
2. Define and execute strategies for different client objectives and industries
3. Optimise spends to improve growth, visibility, and positioning
4. Launch and scale paid campaigns for awareness, traffic, and conversions
5. Deep understanding of funnels and key performance metrics
6. Apply conversion copywriting principles and build pattern-interrupt ads
7. Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
8. Handle complete technical setups (pixels, events, analytics, tracking, etc.)
9. Learn, test, and execute other marketing channels when required
