Performance Marketing Specialist

The Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring performance goals are met, and contributing directly to client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Manage budgets effectively to achieve ROAS, CPA, and CPL targets
• Build structured campaigns and run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Analyse data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Collaborate with design and strategy teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Stay updated on platform changes, tools, and performance marketing trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing
• Proven track record of managing ROI-positive campaigns
• Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation
• Analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy
• Experience with SaaS, D2C, or education brands is a plus
