Performance Marketing Specialist
Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, data obsessed Performance Marketing Specialist to own all paid media channels for Baron & Cabot. You will manage Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns end-to-end, from audience research and creative briefing through to daily optimisation, attribution reporting, and budget reallocation. This is a high ownership role in a company that takes performance seriously.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Build, launch, and optimise prospecting and retargeting campaigns targeting NRI and HNI audiences across India, UAE, and Singapore
- Manage campaign budget optimisation (CBO), bid strategies, and audience hierarchy
- Build and manage lookalike audiences from CRM-sourced converted investor data
- Own creative A/B testing: brief the design team, analyse performance, iterate relentlessly
- Implement and maintain Conversion API (CAPI) server-side tracking
- Monitor and optimise frequency, CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, and CPQL daily
Google Ads
- Run search campaigns targeting high-intent investment keywords
- Manage Display and YouTube pre-roll campaigns for awareness and retargeting
- Operate Performance Max campaigns and analyse cross-channel attribution
- Perform weekly negative keyword audits and search term hygiene
- Optimise landing page Quality Scores with the design team
LinkedIn Ads
- Run Sponsored Content and InMail campaigns targeting CXOs and senior professionals
- Integrate Lead Gen Forms with HubSpot CRM via Zapier
- Retarget website visitors and LinkedIn-engaged audiences
- Monitor CPL and conversion rates from LinkedIn leads
Tracking, Attribution & Reporting
- Own UTM naming conventions across campaigns
- Maintain Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and GA4 event tracking
- Build weekly attribution dashboards showing CPQL, lead-to-call rate, and booking rate
- Drive budget allocation decisions based on data
- Produce monthly paid media reports for leadership
Data & Audience Strategy
- Manage custom audiences from CRM data
- Coordinate weekly audience refreshes with CRM Ops
- Analyse audience overlap, saturation, and fatigue

Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years managing paid campaigns independently
- Proven experience with high ticket products (real estate, finance, luxury, education)
- Strong understanding of attribution modelling and CAPI implementation
- Ability to analyse data and independently optimise campaigns
- Experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM
- Strong English communication skills
