This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Ads & Marketplace). The candidate will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Responsibilities include managing ad campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, conducting performance testing, creating reports, and identifying growth opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to strategize and troubleshoot for continuous improvement is a key aspect of this role.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in Performance Management and conducting Performance Testing to optimize campaign outcomes.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
