Job Description
Lead overall digital growth strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, marketplaces, and
emerging channels
Drive customer acquisition, CAC optimization, ROAS improvement, and funnel efficiency
Build and scale D2C growth campaigns for Track products.
Develop retention, remarketing, and lifecycle marketing strategies
Work closely with content, design, product, and e-commerce teams
Track analytics, attribution, cohort performance, and conversion metrics
Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and acquisition channels
Manage external agencies & vendors if required
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing/growth roles in fast pace B2C
businesses
Strong understanding of D2C growth and e-commerce funnels
Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon/ Flipkart ads, analytics tools, and
attribution platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience Scaling Consumer Brands/startups Preferred
Healthcare/wellness/ Devices experience is a value add
