What You'll Do
Own Paid Acquisition (End-to-End)
- Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta (primary) and Google (secondary)
- Own performance across the funnel — CTR to CPL to SQL to revenue
Drive Execution at Speed
- Launch and iterate on campaigns continuously
- Test creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages
- Shut down underperforming campaigns quickly and scale what works
Performance Tracking and Optimization
- Track and optimize for CPL, CPQL, CAC, ROAS
- Build and maintain daily performance dashboards
- Identify funnel drop-offs and fix them with urgency
Creative and GTM Thinking
- Work closely with content and design to create high-converting ads
- Bring insights on audience behavior, messaging, and positioning
- Think beyond targeting — focus on conversion
Experimentation and Growth
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, hooks, audiences, and landing pages
- Build a repeatable experimentation engine
- Continuously improve efficiency and reduce acquisition costs
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- Hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Google Ads
- Clear understanding of key metrics: CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, funnel conversion
- High ownership and ability to operate independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in real estate, high-ticket B2C, or lead generation businesses
- Exposure to managing meaningful ad budgets
- Strong copywriting instinct for ads and hooks
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization
