Responsibilities
- Own and drive D2C website revenue growth, user acquisition, and conversion
- Plan and execute high-performance Meta campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads) with budget ownership of 1 Cr+ monthly
- Optimize website funnel metrics including CTR, CVR, bounce rate, and time on site
- Identify opportunities to reduce CAC and improve ROAS through structured experimentation
- Oversee website merchandising, banners, offer placements, and product positioning
- Analyze user behavior and drop-offs using GA4, Hotjar, and CRO tools
Requirements
- 34 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce growth marketing (Startup), specifically for FMCG or consumer brands
- Proven ability to manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads across high monthly spends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently on growth hypotheses
- Prior experience improving CAC, ROAS, and website conversion metrics at scale
